This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when your organization uses our services. 1. Relationship of the Parties In the context of this service, tcatto.com acts as a Data Processor. Your employer (the "Customer") is the Data Controller. This means your employer determines what data is collected and how it is used; we simply process that data on their behalf to provide the service. 2. Information We Collect We collect information necessary to manage internal tickets and maintain system security: Account Data: Name, corporate email address, job title, and department. Ticket Content: Any information, attachments, or comments submitted within a support ticket. Usage Metadata: IP addresses, browser types, and timestamps of activity for security auditing and system performance. Cookies: Essential cookies used solely for session management and authentication. Information Collected Automatically : In addition to the information you provide, our mobile application automatically collects certain technical data through Google Firebase to ensure reliable service delivery: Push Notification Tokens: We collect unique device tokens to deliver internal work alerts. These are used strictly for App Functionality. Device Identifiers: We may collect anonymized device IDs (like Android ID) to troubleshoot app crashes and monitor performance via Firebase Crashlytics. Approximate Location: Firebase may collect IP-based location (city/country level) for system diagnostics and security auditing. We use Google Firebase to power our backend and notification infrastructure. By using this app, you acknowledge that Google may process data as described in the Google Privacy & Terms. 3. How We Use Information We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes: To facilitate the routing and resolution of internal tickets. To provide notifications (email/push) regarding ticket updates. To generate internal analytics for your organization (e.g., "Average time to resolve a ticket"). To prevent fraud or unauthorized access to the system. 4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared in the following circumstances: With Your Employer: Authorized administrators within your company have access to all tickets and user data. Sub-processors: We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) to host our services. Legal Compliance: If required by law to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process. 5. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your workforce data, including: Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access Control: Role-based access ensures only authorized personnel can view specific tickets. Auditing: Logs are maintained for all major data access events. 6. Data Retention We retain data for as long as your employer maintains an active subscription with us. Upon termination of the service agreement, we will delete or anonymize data in accordance with our contract with the Customer, unless legal obligations require otherwise. 7.
